Immo@Catembe is a family-run business with its origin in a young Belgian expat couple who decided to settle in Mozambique in 1997.
With a passion for building and immobilium, our founder Koenraad Collier started out by buying and restoring Catembe Gallery Hotel, which was at the time an abandoned ruin with history connected to Samora Machel and his struggle for Mozambican independence.
Since then, the business expanded, making investments in key development opportunities in the area.
